EDUCATION & PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York and Florida, and a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia. After earning my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Central Florida, I completed my internship at Rollins College Counseling Center and began working in private practice in Orlando, where I also helped my mentor establish a wellness center in Central Florida.
After relocating to New York, I spent three years as a Crisis Response Counselor at NYU while maintaining a part-time private practice.
Driven by a passion for long-term, relational work, I now focus full-time on leading ThirdSpace Psychotherapy, where I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and more.
Tyler Allen Conner, LMHC, LPC
Therapist & Co-Founder
I approach therapy as a collaborative and deeply human process. I believe real progress happens when clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported — which is why I prioritize building an authentic, nonjudgmental connection in the room. My work blends person-centered therapy with cognitive-behavioral tools and practical self-care techniques, helping clients strengthen emotional resilience and cultivate a deeper sense of self-reliance.
My practice often focuses on the complex experiences of young adulthood, including anxiety, identity development, relationships, and the challenges that come with being seen and navigating intimacy. I also bring a warm, affirming lens to working with clients exploring emotional expression, vulnerability, and self-worth.
I integrate creative, interactive strategies tailored to each client, creating a therapy experience that feels both grounded and dynamic.
