What is Wellfleet?
Wellfleet is a student health insurance plan offered through universities across the country, including NYU. Most actively enrolled students are covered either through Wellfleet directly or by providing proof of comparable coverage. You can verify your coverage anytime through the Wellfleet mobile app.

How does billing work?
We bill Wellfleet directly as an out-of-network provider. Depending on your individual benefits, your out-of-pocket cost per session is typically between $0 and $25. We submit all claims on your behalf — you don't need to do anything except show up.

Where are we located?
Our office is located at 1123 Broadway in the Flatiron District — approximately a 10-minute walk from NYU's Washington Square campus. We also offer virtual therapy across New York State.
